Sydnee does an excellent job facilitating the sale of properties that are ordered to be sold via Court Order as a part of litigation. She understands the nuances of how to list the property for sale and how offers can be handled when the Court has to approve the sale.

I got in contact with Syndee through mutual means but from the very first phone call we had all the way until closing was phenomenal. Sydnee is an amazing realtor. She worked with us over a year and when we had a million issues closing on our house, she made it happen. She has a lot of knowledge about a lot of house adjacent (insurance, inspections, etc.) areas. I will be calling Sydnee if I decide to sell my house in the future. I can not recommend her enough. We have been using Sydnee for 2 yrs now. After buying 4 homes and selling 1, I can say I would not entertain using another agent. I went threw 4 before we found her. She is the best bar none.
